change management

閱讀筆記:
  • At one time, it was widely thought that change management was a process of managing people through change. Today, CEOs are learning that the right approach is quite the opposite: it is a process of managing change through people. This means enabling employees to drive change, rather than using change to drive them; making them the owners and creators – not the targets – of change. But it is only possible when people are properly equipped, engaged in and rewarded for transforming the business. (摘自11th Annual Global CEO Survey: PricewaterhouseCoopers
