insider trading 內部人交易；內線交易

參與公司日常經營事務的人（特別是管理階層），買賣公司的股票，稱之為內部人交易。如果是根據未公開發表的資訊買賣股票的行為，也就是投資人取得一公司未公開資訊進行的交易，稱作內線交易。「內線交易」一詞具有負面的含意，但英文所說的insider trading，也指合法、正當的公司內部人股票交易。
